As described in this review, It folds away neatly when not in use and doesn’t take up much space when you are actually using it. The Total Gym 1100 would suit those that want an efficient workout device that does not cost a fortune and can deliver results fairly quickly.

It is not an intense strength training workout machine. It assists with toning muscles and delivers a great cardio workout! Hoever, you’ll get an intense workout when you increase the incline of this machine. It is advised that you use the item 3-4 times a week on a 15-20 minute regular workout schedule to notice the effects of this machine. Consumers have expressed their joy at how versatile this machine is, as its able to work upper & lower body parts along with your abdominal area. We were a little surprised at how much floor space it takes up. But in general, this is a great product for beginners or for those folks that want an inexpensive home gym.
