Introducing the Bowflex Revolution home gym. This particular machine is very similar to another Bowflex home gym… the Revolution FT. The Bowflex Revolution has many of the attributes seen on the “FT” model. However, this model comes with over 100 workouts to perform and up to 400 variations, the Revolution is designed to work every important body area and support every workout routine, strength level and fitness goal.

It also incorporates Bowflex’s state-of-the-art Spiraflex technology which makes the toughest of exercises feel smooth and simple to implement. The Revolution home gym is able to implement pretty much every exercise that your local gym allows you to do. With the noticeable Freedom Arms included on this machine, they allow you to adjust to 170 degrees to work muscles from many different angles. Whilst working out on this machine, you will notice how easy it is to change from one exercise to the next, giving you a smooth and consistent workout flow. Other addon’s to this machine include comfortable hand grips and a DVD workout video. Although a little pricey to some folks… we feel that you certainly get what you pay for… and that is quality!

In conclusion to this review of the Bowflex Revolution, you can get a very good cardio and strength-training workout by using this machine. As with most fitness equipment you purchase for home use, it will only be effective and deliver results as long as you are willing to put the effort into using it on a consistent basis. The Bowflex Revolution offers over 100 exercises to workout on and that also means that you won’t be feeling bored too easily with this home gym.

The Bowflex Revolution delivers a great workout for you at low impact to your joints and muscles, which means less strain on them! Although a little pricey, you are certainly getting what you pay for and we are fairly sure that you will get a lot of benefit from using this machine! Its easy to assemble, easy to use, fast at changing exercise positions and offers a total body workout in the convenience of your own home.
