Good Stuff

Good Point 1.	First off... the Revolution FT home gym Set's up fairly easily and assembling the Home Gym is pretty straight-forward
Good Point 2.	We like the way you can workout on as many as 90 exercises with this home gym! Thats a lot of exercise programs!
Good Point 3.	The Footprint on the Revolution FT is reasonably small, so you can set it up & use it in a relatively small area of your home
Good Point 4.	The workouts on the Revolution FT are great and really give off an intense workout. You can feel the "burn"
Good Point 5.	The machine offers a strong build and sturdy frame. Something we feel that is very important when considering the purchase of a home gym
Good Point 6.	The manual that comes with this machine has a variety of decent workouts with varying levels of difficulty

Bad Stuff

Bad Point 1.	Please be aware.... This is not a home gym designed for body builders

The Bowflex FT Revolution Home Gym is a nice device to workout on. Throughou our research, we found that many people who purchased this piece of fitness equipment, had really enjoyed working out on it as they said it was easy to use and delivered the type of results they were looking for in a home gym. We have to say that the impressive thing about the Revolution FT home gym is the ninety exercises it allows you to perform on from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Some even say it’s like working out on a high end piece of gym equipment, baring in mind that you don’t need to travel to a high end gym to workout on it!

The footprint on this device is small, which means you can use it in small areas and it doesn’t take up much space! One negative aspect is the fact that the Revolution FT is not built for body building usage. It allows up to 210 pounds of weight resistance and is upgradable to 280 pounds. However, some would suggest that this is not enough for body builders, so please keep that in mind when thinking about purchasing the Revolution FT. All in all a good home gym, some people debate that the Bowflex FT Revolution is a bit too pricey for the benefits it offers you. You can make your own descision on that. We feel that it has a lot to offer you for its price tag.
