If strength training is your main focus and your looking for a home gym that specializes in strength training at an affordable cost, then we feel that the Bowflex Blaze home gym is a piece of fitness equipment that will benefit you and your goals. Whether its cardiovascular workouts or strength training the Blowflex Baze can give you both! Its a safe piece of fitness equipment to workout on and you have the convenience of not having to lug free weights around, or have to store a large quantity of dumbbells in your home.
